Buckley St

Location: Seddon

In planning

Currently in town planning, ANPLUS is looking to develop a small community within Seddon. The project, currently a disused bus depot, consists of 3 residential buildings with large communal spaces, 15 townhouses, large ground floor retail spaces and a generous new public park. As part of the DKO Architects design, a key emphasis is being made to activate the area, especially along the edges of the site, through the new public park and internally throughout the site.
